Quad Shout-outs:
- This week I’ve got a shout-out…
- From RA Josie to Jazzy Jackson in 2nd West “for spending hours on Saturday drawing the Coraline drawing on my whiteboard for ‘Haunt the Halls.’”
- From RA Marcus to Ember Sharp in 2nd North “for cleaning the Quad Kitchen and art room!”
- If you’d like to submit your own shoutout, click on the shout-out link in the QuadCast email or on one of the posters in the halls.
Things you need to know:
- New shower curtains were installed in the Quad in October. Like anything new, there might be better things about them or worse things about them, and I want to know either. Just send me an email if you have thoughts.
- We had to close down the Kitchen this week for a couple days due to a plumbing issue, but we got it fixed and you are free to use the Kitchen now.
- Today is the final day for priority room signups. After today all available spaces will also be available to incoming housing students as well. So, sign up today!
Upcoming stuff:
- There will be a Quad movie night happening on November 17th, hosted by your very own Head RA - Hannah Porter! It will be a showing of the Nightmare Before Christmas. Keep an eye out for more info on this event!
- Thanksgiving break is less than 4 weeks away.
- Follow the UCO Housing Instagram and Quad Instagram if you don’t already so you can always be in the know!
QuadCast Challenge:
- Last week’s challenge was:
- Write a haiku about the Quad.
- …but nobody entered. ☹
- This week’s challenge is:
- Send me a photo of you and/or your friends hanging out in one of the Quad lounges or study rooms (so I can send them to Housing’s marketing team to post on the Housing Instagram).
- I will select a random person to come pick out a free t-shirt from the Housing t-shirt closet!
- My email is mtitterington@uco.edu
