Hello. I'm Marcus Tierington, and this is the quadcast. It's a weekly quadcast for Quad residents, where you'll learn about Port info upcoming events and everything you need to know about living in the Quad. Plus, each week, I will dish out a new quadcast, challenge where you can win free stuff from me. So let's get things started. Hey. Okay, it's time for a shout out, Friends, where you all shout people out. And the first one or the only one for today is for Ki from Third West. It was actually submitted in another language, and I can't read. It'll be in the e mail notes if you want to read it. But the translation cordon and Google Translate is because they are so cool. It's a good job, Ki for being cool. And if you'd like to submit your own shout out, click on the Shoutout link in the e mail, and you can yours will be featured on a future episode of the Quad cast. But that brings us to some things you need to know. A final reminder that if you want to submit a video for or an audio recording for an intro to the quadcast, the instructions are in the e mail there and you can do that. Pretty simple, pretty easy. But this last chance, last reminder, send me one. Okay, healthy tip for November. As gross as it sounds, beef liver is actually super healthy for you. High amounts of iron, B 12, vitamin A and D, and other things. And so, I mean, if you mix it in with some ground beef, you can't even tell. Trust me. My wife makes it. Oh. But since, you know, wintertime and you're indoors and you're getting sick, it's a great way to get some more nutrients. So moving on. Continuing our theme for Healthy Tips in November and to fight the new drugs No porn November campaign. I've also got a link in the show notes for a really fun, entertaining docu series that that group put out called Brain Hart World. And really fun, really entertaining. So check it out. It's free. And lastly, A applications. They are open. Hopefully, you all know that. You've seen all the signs that are around. You got to go to that specific link, though. It's not on the UCO JOB board. If you have any questions, reach out, let me know. And that brings us to a policy reminder. No, you cannot have snakes. Snakes are not allowed, and they're also not allowed as ESAs. We wouldn't approve them anyways. So no snakes. And if you want some more information on any of the housing policies, go to the link, Housing handbook in the shown, and you can check it out for yourself. So here's some upcoming stuff. Coming soon. Only thing I got to tell you is movie night in the courtyard on Monday, the 18th. If you don't see this till like Tuesday, then hopefully you win. But if you see it before Monday, you got to go. We're gonna have popcorn and snacks. It's gonna be really fun. We have a huge tarp we lay out across the grass. And assuming weather is good, we'll do it outside. We do have a backup plan to do inside. If not, either way, show up. It's gonna be good time. And here's the Quad cast Challenge. Last week, despite some typos and mistakes in the e mail, which we'll just a copper shut up. We'll just, you know, move past that. But I had you guys e mail me your favorite dish for the holidays for Thanksgiving. And the most delicious one, to me and Haley would win. Well, about three of you submitted, but the winner is Kylie McGo I don't know if I said your last name right. Forgive me if I didn't. From Second West. So congratulations. You can read her whole description in the e mail. It sounds really delicious and lots of dessert. And honestly, it sounds like diabetes, but who doesn't love diabetes at Christmas and Thanksgiving time, right? Okay. Well, this week's challenge. Oh, and Kylee, e mail me for your prize for $15 of whatever you want in the Nin market place. This week's challenge. E mail me just a brilliant study tip. Whatever you use that you've actually used. Email me, I will put all the study tips that people submit on and I'll showcase them on the next quadcast. And one of them, I'll pick randomly to win, and you'll get a free housing hype T shirt. So a new one that you probably don't have. Although I'll have to convince the president first, President of Housing Hype. So hopefully, I can do that. But that is our quadcast challenge. So send me that now. Well, let's offer this episode of the quadcast. Miss Marcus, reminding you to keep pushing, stay connected, and never settle. Have a great week, everyone. Tell next time.
