Things you need to know:
- Some changes
are coming to the Quad Kitchen. In an attempt to make it a better
experience for all, one change is there will now be a more strict process
for borrowing any kitchen supplies. Here in about a week or so, if you
want to borrow something you will have to scan a QR code agreeing to the
terms of use and signing the form. Then you’ll just have to make sure the
supplies are washed are returned to the “Return Bin” before 11pm that
night.
- If you are
having any issues with thermostats in your room, you know what to do -
scan that QR code on your mirror in your room and submit a work order for
it. Someone will be by to help you out.
Upcoming
stuff:
- Our room checks will be happening in a couple weeks. The main
purpose for these is to make sure smoke detectors are working and there
are no other major safety concerns in each room.
- The
Dia de los Muertos celebration is happening tonight (Friday) from 6-9pm in
the Ballrooms. This is a really fun and free event.
- November
14th there will be an RHA Fall Fest happening here in the Quad Courtyard.
Also, if you want to help RHA (that’s the Residence Hall Association) do
fun big activities like this, contact Mack Hines (mhines8@uco.edu).
- The
first ever Quad DVD Swap Meet is coming to the Quad Lobby on November
28th!
Quad Challenge:

South! Email me to claim your prize!
- This
week’s challenge is: Answer this question to have a chance to win a free
large one topping pizza from All America Pizza. The question is… “How old
is Copper our Corgi dog?” Email me (mtitterington@uco.edu) and the closest answer the pizza!
That's all for
now. Have a great week!
