Episode Notes:
Shout outs:
- This week I’ve got a shoutout for President Todd
Lamb for getting around campus and for using the Wellness Center.

Things you need to know:
- So…about that elevator….The
company claims the part arrives today. And just in case it doesn’t, I’m
going out of town this weekend.
- Policy reminder: Make sure when you are
hanging things up in your rooms, it is able to be removed – so, no nails
or screws.
- Watch this video to see how to
properly remove Command Strips: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/jGK6Mw7o67o
Upcoming stuff:
- Next week is finals week and that means 24-hour quiet hours
continue until Friday. The exception to this is still between 4:00 PM –
8:00 PM each day. This block of time will still be “courtesy hours” when
you ARE ALLOWED to listen to music, vacuum, etc. if needed, but like any
day in the Quad, you can’t be doing anything crazy that disturbs the
general peace of the building. That means you, Will… no crazy parties
during courtesy hours.
- When you head
out for winter break, you do NOT need to turn your key in.
- Also make sure
you are cleaning up before you leave. Especially clean out your min-fridge
and don’t leave any food trash…unless you want mice and cockroaches in
your room when you come back from break.
Quad Challenge:
- Last week we judged the Dec The Halls competition. And here
are the winners!
- For best dorm room door decorations:
- 2nd place - S310 Constance & Caitlin
- 1st place - E306 Jennifer & Kegyn
- For best lounge
decorations:
- 3rd
place - 3rd West hallway
- 2nd
place - 3rd North hallway
- 1st
place - 3rd South hallway
- Each hallway gets a plaque, the winning doors
get a sweet one-of-a-kind door dec I made, and the winning hallway also
gets a pizza party provided by Kobey Kizarr, Head RA of the Quad.
- This week’s challenge is: Try hard in Finals and go off to break
satisfied you gave it your all.
That's
all for now. Have a great week!
