Shout out:

This week I’ve got a shout out for Dean Hendrix (Maintenance) - For helping get some window tint for the 3rd West study room.
If you’d like to submit your own shoutout, click on the shout-out link in the show notes and submit one today! Yours will be featured on a future episode of the QuadCast!

Things you need to know:

An email will be going out detailing all the steps. You’ll also be getting a half sheet of paper put on your door. But here's what you'll need to do...

You’ll need to sign up for a time for your RA to check you out of the room.
Make sure EVERYTHING is cleaned up and removed from the room.
Wipe off surfaces, clean your sink, clean your floors (we will have a few brooms and mops available).
Then AFTER the RA says you are good to go, turn your key in to the mailbox by the entrance to Ayers Kitchen.

The proposal for security cameras to be purchased for Quad laundry rooms was approved! Although we won’t know exactly when this will go into place, they are coming!

Upcoming stuff:

Tonight (Friday night) is a Karaoke event at Sidelines at 7:30pm put on by the Sideliners.
Also tonight (if you read or listen to the QuadCast in time) is an open house in Haylee’s and my apartment. Between 6:30-9pm tonight, feel free to swing by our apartment (entrance located in the Quad courtyard). We’ll have a couple of snacks and hang out. Ask your RA for more info.
The “Quad Qarnival” is April 16th!! This will be our biggest event of the year. It’ll be right outside in our very own Courtyard, so come out and have some fun!

There will be food, games, music, and more. We’ll also have the annual Quad Banner for you to sign!
Mark your calendars. Tuesday, April 16th from 6-8pm!

Quad Challenge:

This week’s challenge is: to submit a shoutout before next Friday, and everyone who submits one, I will... 1) read the shoutout next QuadCast, and 2) I’ll pick one random person who submits a shoutout to win a t-shirt/sticker bundle!
But, nobody entered...... so I am extending it one more week. Submit some shout outs for your friends, neighbors, professors, whoever!
