Quad Shout-outs:
- This week I’ve got a shout-out from Ember for…
- Olivia of 2nd East - for being an awesome and supportive friend.
- If you’d like to submit your own Quad shout-out, click on the shout-out link!
Things you need to know:
- There are some study rooms that are still locked. I’m working with our key guy on getting those unlocked. The reason they were was for overflow rooms in emergency cases during the first few weeks of the semester. I hope to have all study rooms unlocked and available by next week.
- POLICY REMINDERS:
- Welcome mats cannot be located outside your room in the hallway. They must be inside your room. The reason is that they can create a tripping hazard and impede our cleaning staff from cleaning.
- For more info on Housing policies check out the Housing Handbook online.
Upcoming stuff:
- We have begun planning our first Quad building event of the year. Coming soon, the first week of October. Keep your eyes out for more info from your RA!
- The first home football game will also be the Homecoming game on Saturday, September 26th.
- Fall break is only 5 weeks away…just saying.
- Follow our Quad Instagram if you don’t already so you can always be in the know!

QuadCast Challenge:
- Last week’s challenge was:
- Send me a riddle! The winner will get a coffee mug (or cup) of your choice from the campus Starbucks.
The winner (and my favorite riddle) is…Jaden Curbello! (Below is his riddle)
Four men sat down to play, they played all night till break of day
They played for gold and not for fun, with separate scores for everyone
When time came to square accounts, they all had made quite fair amounts
Answer me this paradox, how did all gain when no one lost
- This week’s challenge is:
- Take a selfie with your RA and send it to me. I’ll pick one random person to win a loaf of banana bread baked by my wife, Haylee!
- Send them to mtitterington@uco.edu
That’s all for this episode of the QuadCast.
Get connected and make an impact wherever you are!
Have a great week everyone. ‘Till next time!
